The Association meets on the second Wednesday of every month. Board meetings are open to attendance by all owners or their proxy representative.
Any owner who wishes to address the Board may do so during the open portion of the Board meeting.
Specific homeowner issues must be brought to the attention of Property Management a minimum of one week prior to the meeting. This will assure that the Board is familar with the issue(s) at hand.
Meetings are held at The clubhouse at Westgate Square l, Westagte Drive. Parking available in the tennis court area. The open portion of the meeting begins 7:45 to 8pm.
